After you have merged your image flat, find "Filters Unlimited" on your "Effects" menu.

If you don't have Filters Unlimited, you may use PSP's own Texture effects,
here and at these settings
After you have applied the texture, find your Graphics Plus filter. Mine is in Filters Unlimited,
but yours may not be, so there's no picture for this one. Once you have found it, click on it and
select "Emboss." Then, click "Apply" to use the default setting. Next, find your Xero plugin and
select "Porcelain." "Apply" the default settings twice.

Now, we're going to add a frame using "Add Border" in PSP:
We will be adding a series of five thin borders, followed by one wide one, and
then another series of five more thin, as follows:
Click on "Image," "Add Border." Tick the box next to "Symmetrical" and enter the number 1
into any of the four squares:
You will use these same settings for the first and last set of five borders.
Click inside of the colored square and then enter the hex code #ab8118 into the color palette menu.
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ded070, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #e9deb2, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ded070, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ab8118, click "OK."
Click "OK," change the number in one of the boxes to 20 and use the hex code #4f2f00, click "OK."
Click "OK", change the number in one of the boxes back to 1 and use the hex code
#ab8118 into the color palette menu.
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ded070, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #e9deb2, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ded070, click "OK."
Click "OK," Repeat, using hex code #ab8118, click "OK."
Equip your Magic Wand
and click insde of the 20 pixel border.
Click on "Effects," "Reflection Effects," "Kaleidoscope" and apply the following settings:
Equip your Text Tool
and set it to the following:
Click on the lower right-hand corner of your image and close your Foreground color box
on your materials palette. Change your Background back to color (the black circle) and
change the color to #f4d2e0. In the text box type "alt+0169 Alan Ayers" to get what is shown:
Reposition the text by clicking on your Move Tool
and left clicking
on the text then dragging it to where you want it. Save your image and call it done :).
