I reserve the right to change these terms at any given moment, according to my whims. These terms are to be abided by according to the most recent revision, so be sure to check back often. All pages on which you display my creations must have these protection scripts in their coding.

Everything that I claim to have made from scratch, I really did make from scratch. If in doing so I have stumbled upon the same idea that someone else had before me, please let me know so that I can contact the creator and find out how bothered they are by it. The two of us will work out an amicable arrangement, even if that means that I remove my creation, without your help. I do thank you in advance for calling such transgressions to my attention, for I would never intentionaly infringe on another's copyright and welcome the opportunity to rectify such situations.

I am not responsible for the content of the web sites of those folks who use my creations.

No memberships or rights to usage will ever be sold from this site.

This site will have only one form of membership: Lifetime w/ tube license. There is no fee to become a member, memberships will only be given in trade for kind. If I already have that type of membership to your site, and forgot to send you your membership badge with the member's area URL, please contact me and I will get them to you right away. If you would like an "As Is" license, for a particular line or tube, or even to all of them, click here.

If you become a member, I will send you a badge to place on your site. I would appreciate it if you would have this done within a week of joining. Either way, after you have added my logo to your site, please send me the link, and then I will send you the URL to the member's area. There will be no usernames or password for the member's area, just a URL that will in no way be linked to any part of Hafapea's Universe or Enchanted Imagery. This page will also contain the meta code that stops search engines from being able to find it. DO NOT share this URL. If you do, our trade agreement will be null and void, and I will revoke your tube license as well. And yes, I will also give up any and all rights to your site and anything that I may have gotten from there.

Members get discounts and exclusive items: Any and all purchaseware is half-price to members. There will be some things that will only be for sale and there will be exclusive items for members as well. If you can't afford to buy something that you simply must have, trades are always welcome.

Updates will not be frequent and may not be large, but they will be. Special requests will be honored, so long as it is within my ability to do so. If not, I know of some really talented ladies who I can refer you to.

If you are not a member of my site and are wanting donations for your event, I offer discount coupons to my purchaseware to non-members. If you are found to be in violation of the TOUs of mine or other artists, how you handle being asked to correct those violations will determine whether or not our trade agreement(s) will continue to be honored. This applies to all trade agreements, not just membership swaps, and could result in the rescinding of any and all rights of usage that you may have to any and all of my creations - purchaseware, linkware and member items.

If you are caught deliberately copying part or all of my or another artists work and claiming it for your own, either as a solo creation or as part of another, all trade agreements will be terminated - no questions asked, no benefit of the doubt or second chances given.

If any of the above actions result in the revocation of our trade agreement(s), you will no longer be allowed to purchase or adopt any of my creations, nor will membership ever be granted - whether it's your first time or not. You will also be required to remove any and all of my creations from your website. I can't monitor whether or not you keep them on your hard drive, but you may want to delete them from there too, just so you aren't tempted to use them at some future date. Because, if I discover that you are using my creations after your rights have been rescinded, I will do my darnedest to see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and I know a lot of Undercover Ducks who will assist me in my efforts.

If your business is other than a pixel site, or if you are not interested in trading memberships, then you may purchase a Commericial License that will allow you to use my Linkware on your web site. This license is not required for the use of Purchaseware, unless you plan to re-sell it. I can also be hired to create banners, exclusive web sets, pixel outlines and tube sets, company logos and more. You can inquire about those services here. An "As Is" license authorizes you to offer my purchased tubes and lines in your member's area just as you found them on my site. It also authorizes you to sell the tubes and packets outside of your member's area for no less than the price that I am or would ask for them - ask me, if you don't know, in quantities limited to 5. You are not allowed to sell these items at a discounted to price to your members or to the general public. If you would like an "As Is" license for some or all of my creations, make me an offer. Keep in mind that money is not an acceptable offer.
