The Nectar of Levanah
Used to establish and increase one’s connection to the lunar forces,
strengthen one’s mental powers, develop one’s intuition and clairvoyance,
increase the occurrence of prophetic dreams, and increase one’s powers of concentration.
The nectar should be prepared and drunk twice each month, once during the new moon,
and again during the full moon.
Preparation: lightly beat the white of one egg, add some light cream, sugar,
and white wine. Pour the mixture into a deep blue wine glass and place a moonstone into it.
Light a silver candle and place it either in a window or outside, with the glass, where
the moon’s forces can energize it, at midnight of the appropriate days. One hour later,
at one a.m., extinguish the candle in the nectar and drink it in one draught, without
removing the glass from your lips. During the new moon, drink the nectar in the name
of the Archangel Gabriel,
regent of the moon, and the Angel Geniel, ruler of the new moon.
During the full moon, drink the nectar in the name of the Archangel Gabriel, regent of the
moon, and the Angel Atliel, ruler of the full moon.
The Amethyst Mirror
The purpose of this mirror is to allow one to discover and communicate with their guardian angel.
Make the mirror on a day of the week ruled by the Planetary Angel of your birth sign, during a waxing moon.
To make the mirror, you will need:
A round piece of glass, at least 5” in diameter
Deep violet paint
Four tumbled amethysts of good size
Paint one side of the glass and, when it has dried, turn it over and attach the four amethysts,
one in each of the four cardinal directions, to the unpainted side.
To consecrate the mirror, you will need:
A deep violet cloth
A red candle
Incense made of frankincense, myrrh, and lavender
Place the mirror on a deep violet cloth and cover it with sea salt.
Then say: “In the name of the great Archangel Uriel, I consecrate you in the earth element.”
Pour the salt off of the mirror and sprinkle it with mineral water, saying:
“In the name of the great Archangel Gabriel,
I consecrate you in the water element.”
Light the red candle and pass it over the mirror, from east to west then,
from north to south, saying: “In the name of the Archangel Michael, I consecrate you in the fire element.”
Finally, pass the mirror through the smoke of the incense, and say:
“In the name of the Archangel Raphael,
I consecrate you in the air element.”
When you’ve finished, wrap the mirror in the cloth and store it in a safe place until you’re ready to use it.
