Prosperity is here for all to obtain if approached in a moral and ethical way, but it must be pursued with
fortitude, tenacity and patience.
Rub some Money Drawing Powder on your wallet,
check book, lottery tickets and sprinkle a little on your clothes and in your shoes.
Each morning upon arising, sprinkle a little “Gold Magnetic Sand” or “Silver Magnetic Sand” across the
doorway to your home or place of business. While you’re sprinkling the sand pray earnestly and sincerely
and recite this affirmation: “My mind is full of goodness, my body is full of energy, my soul is full of
faith and my pockets are full of the rewards of my work.”
In your daily bath, sprinkle a few drops of Money Oil
to draw money toward you.
To begin your ritual, only “attract Money Granular Incense” should be burned on “Charcoal blocks” and this should
be burned during an hour of Jupiter.
Once you have lit your incense, take three “Green Natural Candles” which have been anointed with Money Oil and arrange them in a triangular
shape around your burning incense.
Next, write on a small piece of paper, or parchment, the amount of money needed and place it underneath
the green candle that represents the tip of the triangle formation.
Now, sprinkle a little “Magnetic Sand” in a line between one candle and the next in your triangular
formation of candles.
Light the candles beginning with the green candle that has the parchment underneath it, in a clockwise
direction. Recite the above affirmation as you do this.
Allow your incense and candles to burn for one hour. Repeat this ritual on three consecutive days.
Wait three days and repeat once again.
Do not forget that all fortune gained through the use of magick should be shared with those less
fortunate than yourself. If this is not done, your improved conditions will not last beyond two moons.
The items mentioned in quotation marks can be purchased from White Magic.

The Blade & Chalice Ritual
The Blade and Chalice Ritual for Yourself
For Lovers
The chalice is a feminine symbol: round, protective, inward, unifying, combining and synthesizing its
contents, doing what it does just by being, allowing change to occur from within. The cauldron, another
feminine symbol (elemental), is the original source of life. The Great Sea Mother, from which mammals
emerged many millennia ago, is the macrocosm of every mother nurturing an unborn life in the waters of her womb.
The blade is a masculine symbol: linear, penetrating, separating, forceful, targeted outside of self.
In some circles today it is associated with almost exclusively with war, violence and the threat of death.
It has an obvious phallic shape and has been the primary tool in man’s historic role as hunter and warrior.
From a pagan perspective, giving and taking life are complementary roles, both part of the Great Wheel
of Nature. Death is a natural event in the ongoing cycle of birth-death-rebirth; it’s a doorway into
the Otherworld. The Celts didn’t view cauldrons and swords as exclusively female and male. Men have
magick cauldrons or cups, and some die for them. Women are warriors, owning and brandishing swords
and knives with the greatest of skills. Understanding how these feminine and masculine symbols “switch
gender,” so to speak, in myth and folklore inspires us to take them seriously as worthy images for love
magick. The blade and chalice demonstrate, in ritual, the union of the male and female at the heart of
heterosexual relationships.
The Ritual
A blade
A chalice or cauldron
Prepare the blade by wiping it clean of dirt and oils. Fill the cup or cauldron with wine, apple
juice, or spring water. Cast a circle and go into alpha. Sit for a few moments meditating on
the Grail story:
A young knight seeking the Grail passes through a dry, arid wasteland and comes upon an old
man fishing. The fisherman is actually the Grail King and is suffering from a lance wound in
his loins. The wound won’t heal, and so the King has given up hunting and warfare, and spends
his time fishing. The King’s realm is suffering from a blight, pestilence, or drought mysteriously
connected to the wound. The King invites the young knight to a banquet at the castle where the knight
sees a procession of beautiful women carrying precious objects into the banquet hall. Here he sees the
Grail and a lance dripping blood. He wants to ask what these wondrous things mean, but he’s been taught
no to be nosy or curious and to keep his thoughts to himself. The next morning when he awakens, the
castle, the King, the women, the Grail and the Lance have disappeared. Later he learns that had he
asked about the Grail and the Lance, the King would have been healed and the land restored.
Each time you do this meditation, choose some aspect or set of polarities to focus on so that the tale becomes
rich and meaningful for you. Some ideas for areas of focus are: courage and cowardice, age and youth, Feminine
and Masculine powers, etc. After reflecting on the story, take the chalice or cauldron in both hands, hold it
up and speak an invocation to honor its energy. It should go something like this:
“I praise the Cup as a container of life, as a giver of life,
as the Great Mother upon whom all living things depend.
I honor the Lady of the Cup and the blessings she bestows.”
Then, place the cup back down and pick up the knife in both hands. While holding the Blade, make an
invocation, such as:
“I praise the power of the Blade to change and separate,
to send back life to the Great Mother from whom all life comes.
I honor the Lord of the Hunt and the Spiritual warrior
And the courage and strength that they bestow.”
Then pick up the Cup in your left hand, and hold the Blade in your right, point down, directly over the cup.
Raise both items to eye level and ask the questions that the young knight longed to ask:
“Whom does the Grail serve?
Why does the Lance bleed?
What do these Wonders mean?”
Next, lower the point of the blade into the cup and cut a pentagram across the surface of the liquid.
Become aware of the roles played by the Blade and the Chalice. Then remove the knife, shake the liquid
off of the blade into the cup and slowly, consciously drink the liquid.
You have now internalized the mysteries of the Blade and the Chalice. Do this whenever you feel a need to
reunite the feminine and masculine aspects of your psyche.
For Lovers
In the context of a relationship those questions bring up important interpersonal issues, which on a magickal level activate the Law of Exchange. When out of selfishness or insensitivity one partner is constantly taking without giving, this ritual an call attention to this and be the vehicle for correcting the imbalance. In terms of interpersonal dynamics, it’s about the polarities of: hurting and healing, giving and taking, joy and sorrow.

Thanking a Deity for their Un-requested Assistance
You will need:
A chalice of wine, mead ale or sweetened spring water.
An outdoor altar (three upright stone of equal height in a
triangle formation with lintel stone over them, is good).
Preparation: Cast a circle by offering the chalice to the four cardinal directions
and invoking their elemental guardians and spirits.
Charge the cup and drink the contents.
Raise the chalice to eye level and say:
“I drink this cup for love, prosperity, and health
And I honor the Powers that watch over me.
(Take a swallow.)
I offer this sacred drink to (name of goddess).
(Take another swallow.)
And to all of the Gods and Goddesses of the universe.”
(Take a third swallow and pour the remaining liquid onto the altar, or into a special place
on the ground where no one will walk on it.)
Spend a few moments, while the ground is still wet, and the drink is soaking into the earth.
Thank the elements that you summoned, and leave.

A Rite to Hecate
By Jeannette Morrone
Tools:
Altar and your ritual items
It is recommended that you have purified your self and have gathered the
items that you will be leaving as an offering to Hecate at the end of the
ritual. In addition to your basic ritual items, you will need, for you
comfort, a blanket an a large pillow to sit on, as you will be meditating
during this ritual. The incense should be something light, but cypress
is appropriate.
You will need to do the following:
Cleanse the area, strongly banishing any negative energies. Cast your circle.
It is recommended that you place a physical cord, or salt, around your circle.
This is because you will be altering your perception by going into a semi-trance
state and, subconsciously, this will feel safer to you.
If at all possible, use only candlelight for you room’s illumination.
Begin in the east:
(East) – “Guardians of the dawn, I call upon thee! Come, be present, bless this rite!”
(South) – “Guardians of the Now, I call upon thee! Come, be present, bless this rite!”
(West) – Guardians of death, I call upon thee! Come, be present, bless this rite!”
(North) – Guardians of re-birth, I call upon thee! Come, be present, bless this rite!”
Standing in the center of your circle, in the pentacle position (arms and legs spread wide), say,
“Most lovely one, I honor thee, I seek thee.” (Stand for a moment to allow the goddess to respond to your invocation.)
Drop your arms to a position of reception and say, “I seek thee in order to honor you. To walk with you in
this sacred place. Hail the Great Mother! Hail divine teacher! Hail bearer of light. (Lift the plate of
offering above your head.) To you I give the finest of all that you have bestowed upon me. (Place the plate
on the floor before the altar. Pick up the chalice of wine and hold it above your head.) To you I give the
finest of all that you have bestowed upon me, your many blessings do not go un-noticed, Great Mother! (Place
the chalice next to the plate.)
Kneel before the altar, arms crossed before your chest, and say, “Walker of the three worlds, mistress of
passed souls, I your Priestess/Priest, wish to honor you for all that you have given me.
Praise be to the Maiden! Praise be to the Mother! Praise be to the Crone! And praise be to the cycle
of life and death and rebirth! I ask that you continue to keep me in your care, reminding me to be mindful
of preserving your ways. That I remain cloaked in your honor and remain worthy of your blessings!”
Fall forward and stretch your arms out in front of you, then, say, “For you I am a vessel, Great Mother Hecate!
I open my ears that I may hear your words! I open my mouth that I may speak your praise! I open my eyes that
I may see your lessons! I open my heart that you may fill my soul! I am your open vessel.”
Remain in this position for a few moments. When you feel the warmth, slowly pull yourself into a comfortable
sitting position.
This is the time when you will be meditating. If you find it helpful, take a moment to turn on some music.
Allow yourself as much time as needed to work with the goddess while you are in this state. Keep in mind that,
while you are with Hecate, in your meditative state, no harm can come to you. However, if she feels you need
to face something within yourself, she has no problem forcing you to do so. It is important to remember that
it will always be for your spiritual growth, although it may be emotionally painful at times.
When you feel yourself return to your normal state, say,
“I thank you Hecate, Great Mother!”
Rise and stand in the pentacle position then, say,
“Your words have filled me, Great Mother,
Your wisdom has mingled with my soul,
I thank thee, Mot Lovely One,
Let me never forget your lessons.”
At this point you may close the circle. Thank the goddess, again, if you feel it is appropriate,
and, then, thank the quarters for their assistance. Or you may continue with any other workings
that you had planned. You may want to record your experiences, as well as pay attention to your
dreams for the next few nights. More than likely you have received a lot of information that it
is important for you to remember.

Morning Dew Ritual
Dew is an especially magickal form of moisture, appearing overnight while the earth dreams.
Some folks call it “Faery Rain.” Part of its power lies in its mysterious origins. Does it
fall from the sky like rain? Does it rise up from the earth like mist? Is if formed by both
the air and the earth?
For this ritual, rise before dawn and go outdoors, naked or scantily clothed. Spend a few
moments feeling the wet, dewy grass beneath your bare feet. As the new day’s light begins
to brighten in the sky, pick several leaves or blades of grass that are laden with dew.
Look at them closely. Observe the daylight glistening in the moisture on them. Put your
consciousness into the dew drops. Then offer the leaves to the four directions, casting
an informal circle around you a you do so. Then face east. Hold the leaves up to the sky and say,
“With this Faery dew I anoint my head that it may be filled with loving thoughts.”
Brush the leaves across your forehead. Then say,
“With this Faery dew I anoint my heart that it may overflow with feelings of love.”
Brush the leaves across your chest. Then say,
“With this Faery dew I anoint my sex that it may enjoy the pleasures of lovemaking.”
Brush the leaves across your genitals.
Lie down and roll around in the dew for a morning bath. Dry in the sun and air, or go back inside
and let yourself dry naturally. Keep the leaves for remembering magick. Collect some of the dew an
dab some on your loved one, or save it for other magickal work.

Re-dedication Ritual
For use during Imbolc and/or Litha Rituals
Raise your arms and say,
“Lady and Lord, _______, I call out to thee! I hold you in honor and know that I am
one with all things of the earth and sky. My kin are the trees and the herbs of the
fields, the animals and stones through the seas and the hills. The fresh waters and
deserts are built out of thee, and I am of you and you are of me.”
Lower your arms and say,
“I call upon you to grant my desire. Let me rejoice in my oneness with all things and
let me love the life that emanates from my Lady and my Lord into all things. I know and
accept the creed : that if I do not have the spark of love within me, I will never find
it outside myself, for love is the law and love is the bond! And this do I honor when I
honor the Lady and the Lord.”
Kiss your right palm, hold your hand on high, and say,
“My Lady and my Lord, known to me as _______, I stand before you both and dedicate myself
to your honor. I will defend and protect thy spark within me and seek thy protection and
defense of me. You are my life and I am of you. I accept and will ever bide by the principle
of harming none, for what is sent returns. So mote it be!”
Pick up the chalice of wine and say,
“As this wine drains from the cup, so shall the blood drain from my body should I ever turn
away from the Lady and the Lord, or harm those in kingship with their love. For to do so
would be to break trust, to cast aside the love of the God and the Goddess, and to break
my own heart. Yet through their continued love I know they would heal my heart and spirit
that I might again journey through the cauldron of rebirth to embrace the love they freely
give. So mote it be!”
As you slowly pour the wine into the cauldron, or libation dish, dip your forefinger into the
anointing oil and draw a Solar Cross over your third eye. Then use the oil to draw a pentagram
over your heart, followed by making the sign of the Sacred Triangle (for the triple quality of
both Deities), by touching your solar plexus, right breast, left breast and solar plexus, again,
in that order.
Refill the chalice for the Cakes and Ale Ceremony, and move on to performing it.
