Prosperity Folk Magick
On a new moon, mix a tsp. of nutmeg with a tsp. of cinnamon while visualizing
the amount of money that you would like to see in your bank account. Pour
this into a purse or wallet that has three gold coins it, then shake the purse
while saying,
“The money I need now comes to me, for the good of all so mote it be!”
Place the wallet or purse in where you keep you financial documents.

Good Luck Spell
Go to a place with a fountain, stream, river, or waterfall –
any outdoor source of running water, so long as it’s a place
where you’re allowed to do the following:
Toss one to three pennies into the water. Use another type
of coin, if you don’t have any pennies. As you toss them in, say:
“As the water flows, so does my good fortune. So mote it be.”
Do this as often as you can.

Goal Setting Incense Spell
|
You will need:
A pen and paper
Fireproof dish
A Success incense (this can be made from
allspice, cinnamon, frankincense, myrrh and patchouli)
Write your goal on a piece of paper and put it in the dish. Sprinkle with
the incense and light the paper.
As it burns, concentrate on your goal coming to fruition and say:
Smoke into the Cosmos go
So the Ancients will now know
I need assistance to achieve
This goal I have set for me.
Repeat this spell every day for a week while working towards your goal.

Good Fortune Spell

Michaelmas Eve celebrates Michael the Archangel’s defeat of the dragon.
Michael symbolizes the Sun, and the dragon in this context symbolizes
darkness and winter. This tradition is similar to the mummer plays performed
at the Winter solstice, wherein Saint George defeats the dragon of winter.
One custom now is to make a special dragon bread for the family. Eating this
bread symbolizes overcoming the dragon.
Dragon Bread
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup fine ground oatmeal
1/3 cup corn meal
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped
Hazelnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Mix the ingredients together and bake in a 375-degree oven for twenty-five
minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for five
minutes before serving warm.

Herb & Crystal Money Spell
|
You will need:
4 – 5 tonka beans
1 goldenseal root
1 t mustard seed
3 C sea salt
1 clear quartz crystal
Cover the crystal in sea salt for 12 days, then run it under tap
water to recharge its electrical force. Place it, with the other
ingredients, into a bowl, and hold the bowl in your left hand. Go
into alpha and charge the mixture to bring you money in a way that
is correct and for the good of all. The, place all of the ingredients
into a gold lame bag.

Job Spell
Begin on the night of a full moon.
Use an astral candle for yourself – your
color, a brown
candle for the job you desire, and a green candle for prosperity.
Burn a prosperity incense
and anoint the candles with a prosperity
oil – bayberry or cinnamon work very well. Anoint each candle from
wick to end. These candles should be in a place where they can safely
be burned in their entirety. Place the brown candle in the center,
the green on the right, and the astral on the left.
Light the astral candle and say,
“I ask for change, that is my right, open the way, clear my sight.”
Light the green candle and say,
“Good luck and prosperity is mine, help me Great Ones, come to me.”
Light the brown candle and say,
“Opportunity, work, rewards I see, And as I will so mote it be!”
Say the above as you light each candle. Leave these to completely burn out
and dispose of the wax afterwards or save it to use as a talisman. Each night,
for a week, or until the candle is used up, light a second brown candle for 9
minutes while meditating and gaining balance in preparation for the job and the
good to come.
During this time actively seek employment. Listen to your intuition and follow
up on all leads.

Another Job Spell

You will need:
½ tsp each, cinnamon, nutmeg, mint, and basil
Combine the herbs with olive, bayberry, or mint oil
Take 3 new green candles and anoint each one with the mixture from the
bottom to the middle and from the top to the middle. This spell can be
done and is most powerful from 4 days prior to eh full moon up until the
night of the full moon. Either open a window or place the candles outside
so they can soak up the moon’s energy. Placing them outside works the best.
Empower each candle by holding them and forcing the power from your hands
into each one. Then place each of the candles on your altar in a triangle
position. Take sea salt (or table salt) and drop the salt on the outside of
the candles, forming a white triangle around the candles. Place a hand-drawn
pentacle, also done in green (a crayon works best) in the middle of the triangle.
Now you are ready to begin. Light each candle in a clockwise direction. As you
light each candle chant:
“Employment I seek (position) now within reach.
Bring to me prosperity.
By the light of this flame bring unto me.
As I light each wick, so mote it be
That I meet my desire and needed destiny.”
Let the candles burn and contemplate putting your best foot forward during
your interview. Know you will be filled with confidence. Carry the paper
pentacle in the shoe that corresponds to your dominant hand.

One More Job Spell

Needed:
A blue item of clothing
A silver candle
Some lavender
A tsp of saffron
A tsp of rock salt
½ cup of sand
A small box
Whether you want a promotion or you’re looking for a new job, this spell
should help. The best time to cast this spell is on a Monday at 7 pm.
Begin by taking a cleansing shower or bath, and then get dressed in something
blue. Make yourself comfortable in a private space, and lay all of the items
on a flat surface in front of you. Sit down and relax your mind and body for
a few minutes. Light the candle and chant:
“I open my heart to receive the love of the universe,
Show me the way to success and wisdom.”
Now mix the lavender, saffron, salt and sand together thoroughly. Then
throw a little out the window and around your home or work place. Keep
the rest in the box and, if you’re looking through the newspaper for a
job, sprinkle some over the employment section. When you go on an important
interview, wear something blue and carry some of the magick mixture with you.
