Libra Energy

Painting is used in this spell to empower a desire or need. First, paint
the symbol of Venus and Libra on a piece of canvas or paper. Spend as much
time working on the painting as you like. The idea is not to represent the
desire perfectly, but to imbue the canvas with emotions that reflect on your
desire. If you begin to worry or allow your mind to wander into negativity,
stop. Come back to the work when you have cleansed the impure emotions from
your mind. Burning a pleasing incense or listening to music while painting
helps to keep a positive mood. Add spirals that begin from the outside and
move to the center of the canvas while concentrating on your desires. When
you are finished with the painting, hold your hands over the work and state
your needs, one last time.

Scorpio Energy

Although Scorpio is a water sign, it carries the energy of the fire down-below.
To tap into this energy, on a Tuesday or Saturday fill an old cooking pot with
water, and add three pieces of jet, ½ tsp of angelica, ½ tsp of elder tree leaves,
and one tsp of lemon juice. On a piece of paper outline the problem and the
resolution needed. Draw the sigils for Pluto and Scorpio over the pot and at
the top and bottom of your paper. Fold the paper into a small triangle. Bring
the mixture to a boil and add the paper triangle, visualizing a positive outcome.
Boil the water out of the mixture, being careful to avoid creating a hazard.
Turn off the burner, and allow the pot to cool. Scrape the contents into a bowl,
and empty the bowl at a crossroads at midnight.

Sagittarius Energy

If you need to expand your horizons, tap into Sagittarian energies by popping
one bag of unbuttered popcorn. As the kernels expand, imagine the opportunities
you wish drawing towards you. String the popcorn and some holly leaves on a
sturdy thread - the longer the garland, the better. As you string each piece,
concentrate on your desire. Knot the thread to finish the garland, stating your
intention aloud. Hold your hands over your project, again thinking of your
intention. Make the sign of Jupiter and the sign of Sagittarius in the air
over your work. Place the garland on your altar until your wish has been granted.
Then, burn the garland outside, thanking the spirit for the gifts you have received.
Note: You can also hang the garland on your Yule tree, or over a doorway for
the holiday season.

Capricorn Energy

For a spell to tap into the Capricornian urge to build, you will need an 8 inch by
11 inch piece of graph paper and a pencil or a pen. Draw the symbols of Saturn and
Capricorn on the paper, then write a list of your ancestors on the back of the paper.
Each day, fill in one line of boxes by coloring them in with colored pencils as your burn
your favorite incense. Repeat your intentions mentally or aloud as your work on the paper.
After you complete each line, fold the paper into a square and place under a bowl that
contains salt and dirt. When your desire manifests, bury the paper, the salt, and the
dirt in your backyard.

Pisces Energy
Passionate Pisces helps us step out of the daily humdrum. To tap into
this energy, on a Monday place a dry sponge in a bowl. Mix some patchouli
oil and water in a re-sealable container, then write one statement on a
piece of paper that announces the way you wish to use the Pisces energy.
Place the paper under the bowl, slowly pour the patchouli water over the
sponge, and say:
"Like this sponge, I will soak up (your intention)."
Place a white rose on top of the sponge. Hold your hands over the rose,
breathing deeply, and mentally touching the unconditional of the universe.
When you are finished, with our hand draw the sigil of Neptune and Pisces over
the flower and bowl. After one week, wring out the sponge and offer the rose
to a free-flowing body of water. Repeat this spell once a week until you have
reached your desired goal.
