The Elements Meditation

A Guided Meditation

Since cave man and cave woman times, people have been meditating on the
elements. Each element can be focused on individually or all can be understood
together, but the emphasis is the same: we are composed of and interactive with
elements every moment. This realization is true self-discovery. The meditation
techniques themselves are very elemental:

See yourself as earth -- your hair, skin, bones, teeth, all solid parts are
made of elements, minerals, chemicals, everything on earth has earth in it.
See yourself as merged with the earth.

See yourself as water -- your blood, lymph, mucous, urine, sweat, tears, all
the fluid in every cell of your body -- everything on earth is connected to water.
See yourself as merged with water.

See yourself as air -- your lungs fill with oxygen 21,600 times a day,
7,884,000 times a year -- your red blood cells carry oxygen to every cell in
your body. You have many other gasses within you and without you. There is an
infinite gaseous exchange going on and it's all part of the air -- cows and plants
give off methane and filter carbon dioxide and produce oxygen -- all
life on earth interplays with the air.
See yourself as merged with air.

See yourself as fire -- every cell in your body is activated by energy and
all energy is activated by the firing of atoms -- every atom everywhere is an
explosion of fire -- every atom is an emanation of the sun and its fire
fuels all life on earth.
See yourself as merged with fire.

See yourself as ether -- there is space within you, within and without every
atom. There is space that extends infinitely within and without the earth's
atmosphere everywhere in the universe.
See yourself as merged with ether.

See yourself as prana -- the primal source. That energy from which comes
earth, water, air, fire, and ether is prana. It is the source and sustainer
of all forms. It is the lowest common denominator of everything. It is the
ultimate true identity of everything everywhere.
Identify yourself with prana and extend infinitely as pure blissful consciousness.

Celtic Center Point Meditation

The methods used involve putting oneself in the center of the 3 Realms, constructed as a triskele.
The first is a movement meditation that is called “The Center Point.” It involves both movement and a
breathing pattern used to time the movement. Breathing is, ideally, timed to the heartbeat. Each
beat is one count. The breathing pattern is to inhale for 3, hold for 1, exhale for 3, hold for 1.

Movement is slow, rhythmic, and deliberate. Each movement has its own meaning.

Start by standing erect, arms relaxed at your sides.

Close your eyes and relax. Clear your mind, concentrating on you breathing,
and listening to your heartbeat. Breathe in and out in the 3-1-3-1 pattern three
times as you allow yourself to relax.

As you breathe in the fourth time, raise your hands from your sides and cover your heart
with your palms, on over the other – you are at the center of the world.

Exhale, moving smoothly to one knee, placing your palms on the ground in front of you –
you stand firmly upon the land.

Inhale as you rise to your feet. As you stand, move your hands behind you as far back
as you can comfortably reach at waist or hip level. Your hands should be cupped as
thought you are holding liquid.

Breathe out, moving your hands in an arc around you until they meet in front of you
at about the level of your navel – the sea always surrounds you.

Breathing in, move your hands back to your sides holding them slightly away from
your hips with your palms flat, facing forward and your fingers spread open.

Exhale as you raise your arms above you in a smooth curve over your head until
the tips of your thumbs and index fingers touch – the sky spreads itself above you.

Inhale again, lowering your hands in front of you until they are once again
cupped over your heart – you are at the center of the 3 Realms.

Creating a Telepathic Link with Your Partner

You can work alone or together with your partner to create a telepathic link.
Obviously, working together will better help in enhancing your mutual bond,
though the exercise is effective either way.

To begin, take several deep breaths. When you are relaxed and focused,
concentrate on your base chakra, and picture it opening directly onto your
partner’s base chakra until two spinning red lights merge. Do the same with
the orange intestinal chakra, the yellow solar plexus zone, the green heart
chakra, blue throat are, violet third-eye, and finally the brilliant white
of the crown chakra. See how the bands of light flow and interact, and
be aware of your bodies as vessels for these centers of high-level
communication. Repeat s desired. You will soon find that
synchronicity is flowing between you and your partner.

House Blessing Meditation

For charging a room:

Sit straight with palms on lap, take deep breaths, relax,
and move into a mental space where you activate your intuitive
senses. Imagine a cord of energy from your spine connecting you
to the Earth, and channel energy from the Earth through it. Silently
ask for divine protection, guidance, and blessing. Direct your psychic
sensing outward, and feel lines of force coming out of your aura. Note where
the strongest energy is (check out the floor, ceiling, directions, etc). Not spots
that feel empty or dead, not places that feel full alive, focus on where you are sitting
and how you feel at that particular spot. Imagine a sphere of light and love energy at
your heart, feel it pulsing outward with every breath. Feel the radiance increase
with every breath, feel your self as a star, continue to breath deeply and send
out the energy, letting it pulsate in the room. When ready start making power
sounds representing the love and light you are channeling; use it to amplify
the light you are weaving; and fill the room with the energy. Then shift
focus to sending a probe out into the room, and note the differences in
the quality of energy and how you feel about it. Repeat if necessary,
when done, feel the completeness of the work.

House Blessing Meditation

Burn Viking Rune Incense
and have on hand a Viking Rune Libation.
You will also need 1 yellow, 1 white, and 1 blue candle.

During a waxing moon, in an hour of the Sun.
Light the candles while focusing on your spirit’s needs.
After drawing a Rune to meditate upon, drink the libation,
asking that it help you see your path clearly. Begin burning
the incense while focusing on your Rune’s purpose, the needs of
you spirit, and the path to growth. Then, say:
