Chakra Balancing Meditation

You will need a pendulum and seven pieces of colored cloth
cut in square to fit the palm of you hand. The colors should
correspond with your chakra colors:

Crown = violet, Brow = indigo, Throat = light blue, Heart = green,
Solar Plexus = yellow, Sex = orange, Root = red.


Place the colored squares in your left hand,
if your power hand is your right hand,
reverse it if opposite.

Dangle the pendulum, start with the root chakra color, and work your way up.

Hold the pendulum over the square piece of cloth and ask if that chakra is balanced.
Now, it may be different for you, but usually if the pendulum starts to swing counterclockwise,
then the chakra is undercharged and needs more of that color, if it swings clockwise
it is over charged and needs less of that color. Don’t worry your astral self, or
subconscious, will know what to do by the time the pendulum is still. When the
pendulum stops swinging the chakra is balanced, and you can move onto the
next color and chakra.

Pink Star Meditation

To boost self-esteem and proper self-love and as a prerequisite for all spell work.

Lie down, close your eyes, and count yourself into alpha.
(See Crystal Countdown, if you don't know how.)
Visualize the sky and the cosmos. See the light of the universe,
the God and Goddess, the Force, the All, or whatever you choose to
call the Source of all living things. See white light coming from
this source and entering each of your feet.

Next allow the light to travel up your body,
stopping momentarily to empower each chakra.
See your 7 chakras as colored crystals:

The foot chakra is red.
The spleen is orange.
The solar plexus is yellow.
The heart is green.
The throat is blue.
The forehead is indigo.
The crown is orchid.

As the light exits through the crown it becomes a silver lotus flower
opening out into the solar system. Your consciousness can travel on this
flower, its petals softly and gently propelling you through space.

Travel past the sun and all the planets.
Soar out among the stars and planets we haven’t discovered yet.
Enter new and unknown solar systems far beyond the range of earthly
telescopes and radar systems. As you look ahead you will see a bright
pink star, its rays extending gar out into space. Travel towards this star,
and as the 1st rays from it touch you, feel its power drawing you into it,
farther and farther to its center. You’ll feel warm and exhilarated by
this light as it surges through every part of your body. The rays
fill your entire being and emanate as wings. You will feel total
self-esteem and total self-love. You’re now one with the entire
universe, the All, the Divine. You and the cosmos exist in
perfect harmony and perfect love.

While still inside the pink star reach out and grasp 2 handfuls of pink light
and make the decision to return to earth. With the pink light in your body and
in your hands, float back to earth, noticing the planets, suns, stars, and other
celestial bodies as you pass them. Return to earth and re-enter your physical body
through the crown of your head.

With your eyes still close, see two people to whom you’d like to give
a gift of self-love and picture them on your mental screen. Take one
hand of pink light and speak the name of one of the individuals while placing
the light inside their solar plexus. Then watch the person’s body turn into pink
light as it spread throughout their body. Do the same for the other person.

Give yourself total health clearance, count yourself up, and open your eyes.

Bubble of Protection Meditation

Here’s a simple safety and protection meditation.
This visualization can be used around people, pets, homes,
cars, airplanes, and around anything you want to protect.


Sit down and get comfortable. Relax. Breath slowly and deeply.
Let all tension flow into the earth. Feel calm and peaceful. You
are completely relaxed. Now visualize a beautiful white light all around
you, like a bubble. It shimmers and sparkles. Now make it stronger, and then
make it shine brighter. Make it grow until it fills the room you are in. Fill
the bubble with love. Know that it will protect you wherever you go.


To protect a loved one:

Now picture your loved one. See a glowing light all around them.
It is just like the bubble you are in. It glows with safety and protection.
Make it stronger, bigger, and brighter. Visualize this as long as you like.
When you are done, wish your loved one well and know that they are safe.

Now prepare to end the meditation.
Feel your circle of light bring you back
to the present moment and the room you are in.
Take a deep breath and stretch for a moment before you get up.

Let the candles burn as long as you like, then snuff them out.
You may light them at any time you wish to strengthen the visualization and protection.

Mystical Pentagram

The Mystical Pentagram is a technique that will enhance psychic self-awareness.
Practiced on a daily basis, it will produce surprising individual results. One
of the features of this technique is that it encourages personal development by
allowing each entity to discover a personal mantra that corresponds to the five elements.

To begin, you will need a table of correspondences such as “777” by Aleister
Crowley. Look up the names of the gods and goddesses that correspond to the
element of air. Pick a name that, when chanted, “feels” right for you. For
example, Nu is the Egyptian lord of the firmament and corresponds to air. If I
were inclined towards Egyptian deities, I would chant the name Nu for several
minutes to see what effect transpired. If I felt relaxed, comfortable, and
generally positive, I would inwardly know that this name would be in tune with
my inner self. Proceed to find correspondences for fire, water, and earth, in
the same manner, and, finally, for spirit, since it is the aggregate of the four
common elements.

Once you have found a personal mantra, or a chant consisting of five names, vowel sounds,
etc. you are ready to proceed with the practical application of the Mystical Pentagram.

Assume your favorite meditation position, relax and begin to breathe in a rhythmic pattern
i.e. inhale count on, two, three, four, exhale count one, two, three, four, and so on.
Continue to breathe in such a manner for about five minutes, so that a definite rhythm is
firmly established. Visualize the five psychic centers. Memorize their positions so that
you become familiar with their positions.

Next, visualize a brilliant white light forming a circle above your head in the spirit
center. Mentally draw a white light pentagram within the circle of light. This should be
an invoking pentagram. If your mind should begin to wander, gently bring it back and
vocally vibrate the mantra you have chose for the spirit center. Let your mind dwell
on this center and intone your mantra several times, for at least five minutes.

Next, see a shaft of white light radiate down through your skull, stopping at your
throat near the Adam’s apple. See a circle of white light begin to form and pulsate.
Mentally, draw an invoking pentagram within the circle of light and vocally vibrate your
chosen mantra for the air center. Continue to stimulate this center for at least five minutes.

Now see a shaft of white light radiate down through your torso, stopping at your fire
center. This is located just above the naval. See a brilliant white light begin to
pulsate at this center, and draw an invoking pentagram within the circle of light. As
your mind begins to wander gently guide it back to the image of the glowing white
pentagram. Here vibrate your chosen fire mantra. Once this center is stimulated the
sensation is unmistakable. A mild tingling or vibration of the solar-plexus are is
physically experienced. Continue to dwell on this center for at least five minutes.

Then, see the shaft of white light push down to the water center, which is located in the
groin area. Here, too, a brilliant white circle of white light should be visualized. Again,
drew an invoking pentagram within the circle of light. Intone the mantra for the water center
and repeat the sound several times for the next five minutes.

Having arrived thus far, see the shaft of white light radiate down, through your legs,
stopping at the bottom of your feet which is the earth center. Form a brilliant, white,
pulsating circle of light and draw an invoking pentagram within the circle. Intone your
earth mantra and vocally vibrate the sound several times during the next five minutes.

When all of the energy centers have been stimulated, direct the light energy from the
spirit center to the earth center. As you exhale, see the light travel from the top of
your head, down through your body, to the bottom of your feet. As you inhale, see the
energy travel from your feet, up through your body, up to the top of your head, the spirit
center. These circulations should be continued or at least seven complete circuits. See
the energy cleanse and vitalize every part of your being and expand your awareness to
cosmic consciousness.

As you continue to repeat this technique each day you will begin to see and feel a change
in your psychic awareness, and a marked improvement in your health. Don’t become discouraged
if you don’t achieve results immediately. This technique produces very positive effects, but
they are cumulative in nature. Be gentle with your inner self, however, you must also be
persistent, and keep the communication open. It is also a good idea to perform this exercise
at the same time each day, in order to allow your body cycles to incorporate the energy flow
in a natural order.
