This is the set I made for Lesson 6 at Red Rose Web Design
and to use on my website's Spells pages.

I created the main image from five tubes. The kaleidescope used on the main image's frame and in the letters was created by copying the side border tube onto the main image and resizing it to a 280x280 square. I made the page's background by selceting a color from the trees tube, and used a sixth tube to create the side border. The color of the image on the side border was achieved by first applying PSP's aged newspaper effect and then adjusting the hue and saturation through colorization.

The technique for creating a double border background is similar to creating a side border background, except that your background is divided into more images, as opposed to one large one. There is a "simpler way" to create a page with a double border that only uses backgrounds, click here to see that way.
